These Terms of Service describe the general terms for Flux Folio's bookkeeping, finance operations, reporting, admin, dashboard, and workflow automation support. They are a template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
Flux Folio provides bookkeeping support, account reconciliation, cleanup support, finance operations admin, reporting, dashboards, and workflow assistance according to an agreed statement of work or service plan.
Flux Folio does not provide regulated tax, audit, legal, CPA, or chartered accountant services unless those services are delivered through appropriately licensed partners under a separate agreement.
Clients are responsible for granting secure access, providing complete and accurate information, responding to open questions, reviewing delivered reports, and maintaining licensed advisors where required.
Both parties should use secure access practices, avoid sharing passwords by email, maintain two-factor authentication where possible, and protect confidential financial information.
Automation may support service delivery, but important outputs require human review. AI-assisted drafts should not be treated as professional advice.
